Coopers Off Licence has been part of Cahir, Co. Tipperary since 2002. Founded by Ian Pericho, what started as a passion for quality drinks has grown into one of the area's most loved independent off-licences.

From Hollywood to Tipperary: Coopers Cask
Matt Damon visited the town of Cahir, County Tipperary, in September 2020 while filming scenes for Ridley Scott’s medieval epic The Last Duel. During his time in the area, he was photographed holding a bottle of Tipperary Coopers Cask Single Malt Whiskey.
Distilled from Olympus spring barley grown on Ballindoney Farm in County Tipperary, Ireland, Tipperary Coopers Cask celebrates the county’s rich farming and whiskey-making heritage. Damon was joined in Cahir by co-stars Ben Affleck, Adam Driver, and Jodie Comer, with the historic Cahir Castle serving as one of the film’s primary locations.
